Cruzan Mutts come in two colors, black or tan, each with a light underbelly, and two hair lengths, short or long. Otherwise, they are uniformly alike: thin, long-legged, strong, of medium height, having some clear Dobie influence but with softer features. Ransom was a black shorthair, though I'd say tan shorthairs were the dominant variety.
