Before a single hour of conversation had passed, I knew her like my own soul. It’s the eeriest sensation, this level of utter comfort and connection. Past lives? Entirely possible. Though it feels more like we were the same self once upon a time, now residing in two different bodies.

I don't think I've ever met someone I knew I'd known before. But, coincidentally, just yesterday I spoke to someone who knows she has. A remarkable feeling it must be.
Maybe you can get more important work done in this world if you split into two!
I've met a few people like this too. Totally eerie and cool.
It has been said that some souls do reside in two bodies on earth. Apparently there are disadvantages (I imagine so!), so it's not the norm. Of course, some would say "norm" is incompatible with what I just wrote. :-)
